Oshino comments that while Guillotinecutter stole two of Kiss-Shot's limbs instead of one each like the other two hunters, it does not mean he was the strongest among them. This is reflected in how he resorted to kidnap Hanekawa before his fight with Araragi. [/Spoiler]
