Higashikata, Tsurugi

Tsurugi is the daughter of Joubin and Mitsuba Higashikata. She appears to have a strong resemblance to Shizuka Joestar.

[Spoiler] Stand: Paper Moon King Paper Moon King allows Tsurugi to impart physical qualities in his origami. For example, an origami frog will come alive or a paper banana will become slippery. When somebody is hit by one of the living origamis, the victim is afflicted by prosopagnosia, rendering them unable to recognize people's faces or words and numbers. Finally, the Stand allows Tsurugi to make origami out of anything, like a cellphone. [/Spoiler]
