Biografía
Hacca Howler is the current main antagonist of the ninth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands.
He is the eighth head of the HOWLER Company, who orders Lulu to retrieve the Lava Rock and help Bobby Jean eliminate Jodio Joestar and his allies for viewing the original paper copies of HOWLER's land deeds. Howler is also a Stand user who wields Eclipse Eight, which has mysterious abilities related to mist.
