Biografía

Kai Izumo is a Gold Rank spy and the current president of the Spy Association as well as Kyoichiro Yozakura's best friend and secret contact.

[Spoiler] 9 years before the events of the present story, Kai was involved in a car accident that lead to the death of his parents and sister as well as causing Kai to suffer a traumatic brain injury, leading to an exponential growth in all of his senses that became too much for him to handle. This required him to take a vast amounts of anesthetics and stabilizers just to function properly. [/Spoiler]
