Biografía

Takeru Kongo is a VIP member of KEEL.

Hs is a tall lanky teenager with a blonde shortcut ponytail and black eyes.

Kongo is obnoxious, impish and very talkative. He's also very cowardly. Sending his men to attack Sakura for him and showing relief when learning he wouldn't have to fight Kaji.
