Biografía
Kusakabe is extremely loyal to Hibari, having been his right-hand man for over 10 years. He has traveled around the globe with Hibari researching the Rings and Box, and is now the second-in-command of The Foundation.
[Spoiler] His strength is shown during the Melone base Invasion where he was able to lift Lal Mirch, Yamamoto, Gokudera, Chrome and Older Ryohei on his back and still run at a considerable speed. [/Spoiler]
