Biografía

Hideyuki is Kaori's beloved older brother, and is Ryo's partner in City Hunter

[Spoiler] before his death.

Before he could tell Kaori a secret about her past, he was fatally wounded by man who was forced into using "angel dust" (PCP), and sent to kill him by the Union Teope syndicate. After making his way to Ryo's apartment building, he would request that Ryo be the one to take care of Kaori, and then die in his arms. [/Spoiler]
