Biografía
Melly is a ghost who appears every 4 years on February 29 a.k.a. "Melly Day" to look for her boyfriend Certa.
According to legend, Melly was a 14-years-old girl with unique powers that were considered a threat to society by the Creator. To prevent any problems, she was hidden in a secret place. One day, a boy named Certa appeared in front of her. He asked to have his pet fox cured with Melly's powers. The boy was greatful for Melly's help and kept visiting her. They fell in love.
Like this, a whole year passed and Melly prepared a birthday gift for the boy, creating February 29 in a non-leap year, as this was the boy's birthday. Altering "time", though, constitutes a breach of the Creator's dominion and resulted in the boy's time stopping. She felt guilty for killing him and commited suicide.
