Biografía
Niijima Haruo is a schemer and an outcast. Often depicted as an alien, with abilities to match, his main objective is world domination. While not particularly strong, he acts as an adept strategist and intelligence gatherer. As a member of the Newspaper Club, he had compiled detailed portfolios of everyone on his palm pilot.
[Spoiler] Later in the series, he plays a major role in the organization of the "Shinpaku Alliance," supporting Shinichi as he asserts himself in the underbelly of the martial arts world. [/Spoiler]
