Biografía

Bitway Ozrock is an alien and a member of the Galactic Federation Council, the organization behind the Grand Celesta Galaxy tournament.

[Spoiler] Two hundred years before the start of Inazuma Eleven Go: Galaxy, Ozrock's home planet "Ixal", was destroyed by Falam Orbius. Only 184 members of his race were able to escape, with only 11 of them ever waking up from their cold sleep devices.

It is later revealed that Ozrock created the Galactic Federation Council to help him further his plans in taking over the galaxy. He is the captain of Ixal Fleet, the final antagonist team in the series. [/Spoiler]
