Biografía

A retired British wrestler who trained Roland Istaz under that catch-as-catch can style. In 1965, Bill had a fight with Doppo Orochi for an entire hour without a winner being declared between them. Bill vowed to settle their fight in a rematch but he later retired from wrestling after suffering an eye injury.

At some point Bill began to mentor Roland Istaz, taking him on as a sparring partner and training him to become a fearsome fighter by the time he was twenty. Roland then approached Bill and confided in him that he was considering dropping out of their gym. Bill was furious to learn hsi disciple and sparring partner was leaving him, threatening to knock some sense into him but Roland pointed out that he had long surpassed Bill. To give Roland a challenge, Bill took Roland to Africa in order to wrestle a wild lion. Though Roland put the lion in a submission hold for over two minutes and was on the verge of winning the fight, Bill gave orders for the lion to be shot in the head before the fight could conclude.

After Roland Istaz was defeated in the Maximum Tournament at the hands of Katsumi Orochi, and had to be carried out of the arena, Bill was there to congratulate him on his fight and gave him a hug, declaring Roland to be his pride and joy.
