Rocks was the captain of a pirate crew known as the Rocks Pirates, a legendary pirate crew. His goal was to become the king of the world.
[Spoiler] Rocks was defeated by Roger and Garp on an island known as God Valley. His real name was Davy D. Xebec and he was born on God Valley. He is the father of Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard). [/Spoiler]
