Kei Suuki is Haiba Sumio's classmate and only person from outter world that was able to come in touch with participants of Enigma test.
Suuki is an eccentric boy, interested in the occult, with the catchphrase "I'll curse you". His obsession over the occult goes to such an extent that Suuki collected all the stories he could get and posted them on his Internet Site.
Suuki has plain white skin and dark hair. His hair is black, but highlights are usually purple.
