Kotoha is a kind, diligent, and caring girl who has a passion for acting. Though she lacks some confidence, which results in her feeling the pressure and being in tears. Thanks to her hard work and the comfort of her friends, Megumi and Elena, she quickly overcomes these obstacles.

She's an idol of 765 Production and is part of the 39 Project. Together with Megumi and Elena, she forms the unit TriStar Vision. She was recommended by her friends to go to 765Pro's audition, resulting in her recruitment.
