Biografía
In real-life, Chika Tatehara is a girl with self-confidence issues. Considering herself unattractive, she becomes the magical girl Pechka in order to confidently talk to her crush and give him food.
Pechka's ability allows her to turn any object into delicious-tasting food after maintaining contact with it for 5 minutes.
In cyberspace, Pechka is a member of the party "Team Clantail" along with Clantail, Rionetta and Nonako Miyokata. As her ability is unsuited to combat, she and Nonako often scout while Clantail and Rionetta grind for items by defeating monsters.
Despite this, Pechka is a valuable asset to the team, as her meals boost their morale. This makes her very happy and gives her more confidence.
[Spoiler] After failing to save Nonako's life, Chika beats herself up over her inability to fight, vowing that she'll stop freezing-up in fear and take more action in future to protect her friends.
Despite this, she remains frozen in fear and unable to do anything, as she watches Melville kill Rionetta. [/Spoiler]
[Spoiler] Like all of the other participants in Keek's Magical Girl Raising Project (sans Lapis Lazuline and Melville), Pechka had her memories of being part of a previous elimination game headed by Cranberry erased. [/Spoiler]
[Spoiler] After gaining the courage to fight, Pechka is killed by Melville when she blocks a javelin aimed at Clantail. [/Spoiler]
