A man who belongs to Hirata's private corps called the "Cleaners." He is short but well-built and always eats Tianjin sweet chestnuts. Although he hates boredom and seeks thrills every day, he has no loyalty to anyone and tends to side with more violent people. Under orders from Hirata, he threatened Atsushi Ryuzaki and imprisoned Yusuke Nanahara. He always goes with sunglasses.
