Part of Mizuki's group of friends, he's often seen together with his bi-spectacled friend, Kyogo Sekime. Unlike most of their friends, the duo are locals. In the special chapter, he's said to have found a job in an anime production company. Like Kayashima, Noe is a station on the Keihan Main Line.
