A blind Mu woman and longtime friend of Soldier Blue. She uses tarot cards to predict the future.
[Spoiler] As story continues, it is revealed that she is a failed human clone produced next to Keith Anyan. Turns out she is not a Mu, but a "normal" human without Mu powers, and she has used Soldier Blue's powers to function the way she has. [/Spoiler]
