Biografía

Welte Talan is the Secretary of Defense. He is the equivalent of 42 Earth years of age.

He also serves as the Secretary of the Ministry of Supply to oversee the production of munitions from the top of the Department of Defense. He is an excellent technocrat who has earned Dessler’s firm confidence. He is the elder brother of Ghader Talan.
