Biografía

Anna Aveiro is a cheerful and charismatic girl attending Omaebashi High School. She is a mixed-race Brazilian-Japanese returnee in Japan who practices the martial art of capoeira that she learned for self-defense and loves using music software to make her own music. She is a great motivator and an assertive person, always saying exactly what she thinks without any hesitation, and makes friends easily with many people. She works part-time at the second-hand record store Stout Records and makes videos for her online channel that is named after it, although they don’t get many views. She regularly keeps in touch with relatives in Brazil. Due to her upbringing, she speaks Japanese, Portuguese, and English fluently.

[Spoiler] Anna came to Japan from Brazil with her mother, originally from Gunma Prefecture, after her Brazilian father passed away. As a result of her family situation, she was very shy and withdrawn when she transferred to her elementary school. She was also socially isolated from her classmates because of her foreign appearance and the fact that she once attacked some of them with a capoeira move after seeing that they were whispering about her to each other right in front of her. [Spoiler] Stout Records became a second home for her after she had one of her father’s favorite songs played in the store and enjoyed by the store owner, YJ, and the regular clients that were there, who she became fast friends with. With YJ’s encouragement, over time, she eventually opened up at school and became good friends with Nodoka Ootani at school. [/Spoiler]

Her full name is Anna Aveiro Nakamura dos Santos Moreira Cuccittini. Her last name contains many references to the surnames of famous soccer players.
