[Spoiler] In reality, she is Alice Bernstein who took on the appearance of Cedric to test out Raishin and Yaya's abilities who went to such extremes by forcing Charlotte to kill the school's headmaster, knowing that the two would try to convince her to stop. She is ranked 87th in the Evening Party known as the "Elf Speeder."
