Biografía

Setsuko is a young and lovely nurse in the medical section of Shonan Special Disciplinary School.

[Spoiler] Setsuko aids in the escape of Sakuragi, Minakami, Maeda, and Yokosuka. When Sakuragi gets injured to protect his friends, Setsuko nurses him and the others and secretly houses and feeds them.

Setsuko has romantic feelings for Sakuragi, and after his death and the release of the boys, starts to develop feelings for Minakami, seeing him as a man similar to Sakuragi. However, as Setsuko is already engaged, she is unable to respond to Minakami's confession. [/Spoiler]
