Biografía
A journalist who returns to his hometown, Ōtomo City, in order to investigate the Skull Man.
[Spoiler] He becomes the SkullMan after Yoshio and in the end, he is revived as Skull. (the main antagonist of Cyborg 009) he's also the father of Joe Shimamura (Who later becomes 009) [/Spoiler]
