A famous producer in music show business. He was the chairman of "Denkou Rebellion" competition.
[Spoiler] The competition was rigged for Le-bard band to be the winners, unless they screwed up. After the competition, he started to produce the band Le-bard; however, he offered to produce The Fallen Moon band if Aoi Fuuka would join it, but Haruna Yuu and the rest of the members refused the offer. [Spoiler] He was the original bassist of the band Kanaria. [/Spoiler]
In the anime, he offered to produce for Akitsuki Fuuka in her solo singing career, but she refused the offer.
