[Spoiler] Later revealed in ch 135 that she is a highschool and staff of Rinne's father's company: Damashi Kami Company.
She use her soul's power to enchant people and illegally get the souls away.
She hates Rinne for not into his father's job.
According to ch 142, she also knows Ageha.
According to ch 146, Kain is her sempai, where Kain was Student Council President and Renge was Student Council Vice President. Renge hides the fact to Kain that she is working for Damashi Kami Company, Kain's most hated one.
According to ch 147, she revealed that she missed the chance to confess her love to her when Kain graduated. [/Spoiler]
