Biografía
A man who belongs to Hirata's private corps called the "Cleaners." He is tall and slender, and always wears sunglasses. Although he is said to be incapable of acting only in accordance with the plans laid out by Amakuri, in reality he has the ability to make decisions and act flexibly based on his own ideas. Under orders from Hirata, he threatened Atsushi Ryuzaki and imprisoned Yusuke Nanahara. He is always working with Amakuri.
