Shouko's boyfriend.
Satoshi and Shouko met when he ordered her as a prostitute, thinking she was older, but after accidentally finding out she was a school girl, he decided not to use her and to take her on an actual date. They fell in love and even had sex.
[Spoiler] It is discovered that after Shouko committed herself, Satoshi couldn't let her go and kept her body in a tub using ice to prevent the body from rotting. When he was arrested, he said he wanted to be with her forever. [/Spoiler]
