Tooru

A part time employee at TG University Hospital and Yasuho's ex-boyfriend. Despite their relationship having ended, they’re on speaking terms with one another. Tooru seems to enjoy listening to music for fun too.

Josuke regards him as a suspicious rival.

[Spoiler] Josuke's suspicions are eventually proven right. Tooru is actually a Rock Human and the true mastermind of the Locacaca Organization. Like most Rock Humans, Tooru was raised by hornets in the wild until reaching maturity and emerging before inserting himself into human society. Tooru is estimated to be several decades old but retains a youthful appearance, being able to pass for a young man.

Tooru first encountered Yasuho during her childhood, discreetly exploiting her Paisley Park for his own benefit to help him assume the identity of a suitable victim. Tooru would eventually reunite with Yasuho during her teenage years and date her for a period, Yasuho having forgotten they ever met. [/Spoiler]

He points Josuke and Yasuho in the direction of Satoru Akefu, the head doctor of the hospital, when he learns they’re searching for him.

[Spoiler] However, Tooru's Stand Wonder of U (ワンダー・オブ・U) is actually Satoru Akefu, or more precisely disguised as the original Satoru Akefu. Wonder of U is remarkably visible to non-Stand users, alternating between appearing as Satoru and its true Stand form, depending on who it's presenting itself to. Wonder of U attacks by causing various fatal “calamities” to anyone trying to pursue it or Tooru himself. Tooru is very confident in his Stand but he carries with him some Rock Insects for extra reinforcement as well.

Tooru has accumulated power over his fellow Rock Humans and intends on expanding his Locacaca empire for maximum profit and power around the world by abusing the Locacaca’s healing properties. Nevertheless, Tooru’s plans are thwarted by Josuke, along with the assistance of Yasuho and Kaato. [/Spoiler]
