Shigeru Yoshioka is a 34-year-old former salesman who became a social recluse after being falsely accused of a crime. His life takes a drastic turn when he's transported to a fantasy world through a mysterious computer ritual. There, he's offered the ability to customize his stats—choosing to max out his strength in exchange for setting his "appearance" to the lowest possible value: −255. This renders him grotesquely disfigured and causes him physical pain when touched by women, with even deadlier consequences from intimate contact. In this new world, he becomes an unstoppable force of power known as the “Absolute God,” dominating enemies with overwhelming stats but constantly battling his own psychological scars. Despite his monstrous looks, his journey centers on rediscovering connection, trust, and purpose. Shigeru’s character challenges traditional isekai tropes by placing power and ugliness side by side, exploring themes of self-worth, alienation, and the price of strength in a world that rewards beauty.
