Biografía

She was the founder of the Togane Foundation, where it specializes in cutting edge organ transplant research, until she was killed by Sakuya, her son who also happens to be her lab's creation where he is raised to be evil. Her brain become part of the Sybil System.

[Spoiler] She was later on selected to be in the body of Joushuu Kasei by members of the Sibyl System to run the MWPSB. However, the system fails to notice that she is an asymptomatic criminal, where she was able to misuse her power as the chief of the Public Safety Bureau, she refuses to accept any flaws that the system has and was even willing to kill anybody who threatens to expose such flaws or anyone who should not have any knowledge of it. She even allows her son, Sakuya to be an enforcer despite of the danger he poses within the organization. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] She was later on eliminated by Kirito who has challenge the the Sybil System to judge itself, whereby, it has voted to classify her as a criminal and has granted Kirito's Dominator access to use it against her. [/Spoiler]
