Biografía
Seigen is an exorcist and the former holder of White Tiger, one of the Twelve Heavenly Commanders. He is also the master of Rokuro and Ryougo.
[Spoiler] In the fight with Ijika Yuuto, Seigen loses his right arm, and quits being White Tiger Heavenly Commander. [/Spoiler]
